My name is Stacey Robbins. I’m an author, coach, and leader of Italian retreats. I am a homeschooling mom and a wife to Rock for the last 31 years (I know, crazy right? Because I look so young… lol.)

I love to walk on the pier where I live in So Cal and to hop on my bike and tool around our little beachside town.

I am living my dream in so many ways!

But I couldn’t even imagine being able to do this all those years ago when the doctors told me to get my affairs in order.

See, I was living my life as a professional musician, recording in the studio or performing on stage -- when my workaholic, stress-filled life and trauma-filled past caught up with me and landed me with a set of mysterious symptoms that no one could figure out.

The doctors tried to help and threw a lot of drugs at my symptoms but I was getting worse. At some point they told me it was all in my head (that’s not frustrating at all, right?) and then, they told me a year and a half later that I was dying -- and that if I DID live, that I’d never have children.

In that year and a half between “it’s all in your head” to “get your affairs in order” I had gained over 100 pounds.

Now, that may seem like a small deal in light of the other bad news but honestly, it all seemed overwhelming.

How do you go from ill to well and from obese to thin?

It was quite the long and winding road to get back to my health and to have children and it didn’t happen in the conventional way (eat less, move more) or some magazine cover lose weight fast! Kind of diet.

Nope.

It was a process
And a journey
A lot of education
Experimentation
And intuition.

But I did it.

I have lost over 100 pounds.

And my clients lose weight too!

  • K.M. came to me after having spent thousands of dollars on weight loss programs with shakes and shots and couldn’t keep the weight off. After four weeks of working with me, she said her clothes were swimming on her and by week 9 she had lost 31 pounds. Eating real food. No pre-packaged meals or shakes.
